AirPods Pro 2 Right Earbud Not Working – Apple Denied Help Despite Warranty

I took my AirPods Pro 2 to the Zorlu Center Apple Store because the right earbud had stopped working completely. After checking, they told me the issue was with the charging case. However, they blamed it on user error and refused to offer any assistance, even though my product is still under warranty. This is incredibly frustrating as I expected better service from Apple, especially when the product is clearly defective. I am requesting immediate help and a replacement for my faulty case. Apple, please honor your warranty and provide the support I need!
