AirPods Pro 2 Right Earbud Defective
The right earbud of my AirPods Pro 2 with serial number JQYQ763H5P has not been working at all for about two months. I received the product as a gift on July 30, 2023, and the warranty expired 60 days ago. However, during that period, I was out of town due to family reasons and could not use it. When I finally started using it, I realized the right earbud was not functioning. Since the issue is only with the right earbud, I tested it on different devices and tried various solutions, but nothing worked. I contacted an Apple authorized service center, but they did not provide any help. I am requesting that my AirPods Pro, which became defective despite not being used, be repaired free of charge.
