I purchased the Soundcore H30i wireless headphones, expecting stable performance, but I’ve been facing persistent and frustrating issues that make them nearly unusable. The most concerning problem is that the headphones randomly disconnect whenever I open any app on my phone—especially TikTok. The Bluetooth connection becomes unstable, and the device struggles to reconnect after being dropped. This happens repeatedly, making it impossible to enjoy continuous use.

In addition, the charging functionality is unreliable. The headphones either refuse to charge or disconnect shortly after being plugged in. I’ve tried using different chargers and cables, but the issue remains the same.

I’ve never experienced anything like this with any other headphones. I’m wondering whether this is a common defect with the Soundcore H30i or if I just received a faulty product.

Either way, I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated. I rely on these headphones for daily use, and I feel like I wasted my money on a product that doesn't deliver on its basic promises.

I request immediate support from Soundcore to either fix these issues or arrange a replacement. I also urge the company to investigate whether this is a broader issue affecting other H30i users.
