I’ve been using the Soundcore Liberty 4 Pro earbuds, and the experience has been extremely frustrating. The biggest issue is the frequent disconnections—the connection keeps dropping during music playback or calls, often without any warning. On top of that, the volume lowers by itself randomly, even when I haven’t touched the controls. It’s incredibly disruptive and makes the earbuds unreliable for daily use.
I’ve tried resetting the earbuds multiple times, but the same problems persist. No matter how many times I reset the device or re-pair it with my phone, the connection remains unstable and the volume control issues continue.
Additionally, there’s a build quality issue—the charging case lid is loose and wobbly, feeling like it could come off at any moment. For a product that costs ₺, these issues are unacceptable.
I expected better quality and performance from a premium product like this. I demand that Soundcore take immediate responsibility and either replace or refund this defective product. These aren’t minor glitches—they severely affect usability, and I want a proper resolution as soon as possible.
