To fix this problem, first make sure that both earbuds are fully charged, since low batteries can make it hard to link.
Next, do a reset by putting the earbuds in the charging case with the lid open. Then, press and hold the button on the back of the case for 10 seconds until the LED light flashes white quickly three times. This means the reset was successful.
Also, look around to see if there is any Bluetooth disturbance. The link can be broken by things like walls, electronics, or Wi-Fi signals. Keep these kinds of things out of the way as much as possible and keep the device you're linked to close to the earbuds to keep the link stable.
If the issue still happens, try the earbuds with a different Bluetooth device in a different setting to see if the problem is unique to that device.
