My Anker Soundcore H30i Became Loose After 2 Weeks and Now Won’t Stay in My Ear

I bought the Anker Soundcore H30i earbuds just two weeks ago, and while they seemed fine at first, they quickly became loose and uncomfortable. Over time, the fit has worsened—they no longer stay in my ears and constantly fall out during use, making them completely unusable for daily activities.

I tried to initiate a return through the system, but my return request was not accepted, and I wasn’t able to complete the process. This has left me stuck with a product I can’t use, and no clear way to resolve the issue. I’m frustrated because I expected better from Anker, especially given the brand’s reputation for quality.

I’m requesting immediate assistance on how I can return or exchange the product. I’m not satisfied with the performance or comfort, and I believe this issue stems from a design flaw that should be addressed.

Anker, please provide a solution. Whether it's a return, replacement, or alternative fit support, I expect a prompt resolution. I would appreciate any help you can offer—this product no longer serves its purpose.
