I recently updated the firmware on my Soundcore A20i Bluetooth earbuds, and ever since then, the right earbud has suffered a significant drop in volume. The left earbud works as expected, but the right one now plays sound at noticeably lower levels, making it uncomfortable and unbalanced to use. This issue started immediately after the update, which clearly points to a software-related fault—not user error.
When I contacted customer service, I was extremely disappointed with their response. They told me they couldn’t offer any assistance and blamed the issue on user error, despite the fact that the earbuds have never been exposed to water, moisture, or physical damage of any kind.
I spent ₺ on these earbuds with the expectation of reliable performance and proper support from the brand. Instead, I’m left with a flawed product and no real help.
I demand that Soundcore urgently take responsibility for this issue and offer a replacement, repair, or firmware rollback to fix the audio imbalance caused by their own update. Ignoring software-related defects and shifting blame to customers is unacceptable. I expect this to be resolved promptly.
