Anker R100 Earbuds Stop Charging and Won’t Connect Wirelessly
About two years ago, I purchased Anker R100 earbuds from Amazon, with Amazon listed as the seller. I did not experience any problems when I first bought the product, but for the past 3–4 months, I have been dealing with charging and connection issues.
At the moment, the charging case charges normally, but the earbuds themselves do not charge at all. In addition, I cannot connect the earbuds properly via Bluetooth. They only connect to a device while the charging cable is plugged in, and a wireless connection cannot be established. There has been no liquid exposure, impact, or user-related damage, and no technical service intervention has been performed on the product.
I am requesting that the charging and connectivity issues with my Anker R100 earbuds be examined. If possible, I would like the product to be repaired, or if deemed appropriate, I request a solution such as replacement or a refund. I am seeking support to have my issue resolved.
