Anker Soundcore Liberty 3 Pro Left Earbud Not Working - No Support

On October 15, 2025, I purchased the Anker Soundcore Liberty 3 Pro TWS earphones through Trendyol under order number 10598491162 and received the product on October 17. On the evening of the day I received it, I noticed that the left earbud wasn’t working and that the charging case’s battery was draining on its own. Experiencing such an issue with a brand-new product was very disappointing. On October 27, 2025, I sent the product to the technical service center in Istanbul with reference number 121913. When I tried to return the item, Trendyol rejected my request, citing a “sealed box and hygienic risk,” and instructed me to send it to the importer instead. So far, I have not been able to reach either customer service or the technical service, and I have received no updates or solutions. It has been a month since I purchased the product, and I haven’t been able to use it even once. Having paid 3,740₺, I feel completely let down. My primary request from the brand is a refund; if that’s not possible, I want a replacement with a new unit. I urge for an immediate resolution to my issue; otherwise, I will initiate legal action.
