Cracks on Anker Soundcore Q21i NC and Missing Case After Service Repair

I received my Anker Soundcore Q21i NC headphones on November 11, 2024, and after some time, I noticed hairline cracks forming on the product. I submitted a request through Hepsiburada and sent the headphones in for service. However, the service center returned the product claiming it was "repaired," but no repairs had been done. To make matters worse, the carrying case, which was originally included in the box, was missing when the headphones were returned.
This situation is unacceptable, and I demand a replacement with a brand-new product immediately. Please address my issue without delay. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the complaint to the relevant authorities. I expect Anker to stand by its quality and customer service commitments.
