I Face Complete Sound Loss in Left Earbud of My Anker Soundcore Liberty 4 NC

I recently purchased the Anker Soundcore Liberty 4 NC earbuds, expecting premium quality, but I’m already facing a serious issue. Even though the product is still very new, the left earbud randomly loses all sound during use. While the right earbud continues to play audio normally, the left side goes completely silent without warning.

What’s more confusing is that the touch controls on the left earbud still work—I can pause or skip tracks by tapping the surface—but there is absolutely no sound output. This makes it clear that the issue isn’t with connectivity or touch functionality, but specifically with the audio driver or internal speaker of the left earbud.

For a product that costs ₺, this kind of technical failure so early on is extremely disappointing. I trusted Anker for its reputation in audio products, but this experience has seriously made me question their quality control.

I demand that Anker take immediate action to either repair, replace, or refund this defective device under warranty. I’m not willing to accept a product that only works halfway. Please resolve this issue without delay.
