Unauthorized ArmourDesire Charges on My Bank Account Need Refund

I hold a checking account with Midcoast Federal Credit Union and recently discovered multiple unauthorized charges on my account from a merchant listed as “armourdesire -bill 830-4832580 NV.” I normally do not review my statements in detail, but I requested recent statements for a general assistance application and, while doing so, noticed these suspicious transactions, which I have marked on my printed statements. The disputed charges are as follows: on 05/03/2026 for $19.90, on 05/13/2026 for $24.90, on 06/07/2026 for $9.90, on 06/12/2026 for $24.90, on 06/21/2026 for $19.90, on 06/24/2026 for $44.90, and on 06/26/2026 for $24.90. I have never authorized any payments to this company, I do not have any relationship or subscription with them, and I do not recognize who they are or why they are billing my account. As soon as I realized these were unauthorized transactions, I immediately canceled my debit card to prevent any further charges. I am requesting that Midcoast Federal Credit Union investigate these seven transactions, treat them as unauthorized, refund the full amounts to my account, and ensure that no future charges from “armourdesire -bill 830-4832580 NV” or any related merchant can be processed on my account. I am ready to provide any additional information, documentation or statements you may need to complete this investigation and resolve the issue, including copies of my marked account statements.
