I Face Unauthorized Canva Charges on My Banorte Debit Card

I want to report several unauthorized charges related to Canva that were made to my Banorte debit digital card. On 24/04/2026, I noticed around 5–6 different charges to Canva, even though I never authorized any purchase or subscription, and I am not sure what specific Canva service these charges correspond to. In total, the amount charged without my consent is approximately $13,000 MXN. I did not at any time approve these payments, nor did I knowingly subscribe to any Canva plan or service that would justify these repeated charges. Through this complaint, I request a full refund of all unauthorized charges, the immediate cancellation of any Canva subscription or service that may have been activated in my name, and that measures be taken to investigate what happened and block any future charges to my Banorte debit digital card related to Canva, so that this situation does not happen again.
