Refund For Unauthorized AmoreDesire Purchases
Today, 06/27, while I was at work, my card from Varo Bank was used without my consent for transactions to a company that appears on my bank statement as “Amoredesirebill.” In total, around $80 was taken from my account. I have never knowingly registered with this company, never approved these payments, and I do not know who used my card details. These charges are unauthorized, and the money that was taken was meant to pay my rent, which has put me in a very difficult situation. I request that Amoredesirebill immediately refund the full amount that was charged, cancel any account, subscription, or service that may have been opened or used with my card or personal information, and permanently delete all of my personal and card data from your systems. I also ask for written confirmation that my data has been deleted and that no further charges will be made to my card.
