On January 27, 2026, when I checked my Garanti Bank credit card, I noticed two online charges made without my knowledge or approval under the name iyzico/godaddy.com in the amounts of $98 and $50. I heard the name GoDaddy for the first time through these transactions; I have never had any membership, account, or purchase with this company.
As soon as I discovered the issue, I contacted my bank and requested that my card be canceled and that the transactions be investigated as fraudulent. Despite this, no refund has been issued for these amounts. So far, my card has only been canceled and closed for security reasons.
Due to these unauthorized transactions made through iyzico/godaddy.com, I request a full refund of the total amounts charged to my card, $98 and $50. I also request that any accounts or memberships that may have been opened in my name in connection with these transactions be immediately canceled, and that I not be held liable in any civil or criminal way as a result of this incident.
