I filed a claim with Travelex insurance, did everything right, sent in all the stuff they needed, followed all the rules... and they denied it at first! Anyway, it took forever to fight it, but finally they kinda-sorta approved it. But here's the kicker: they didn't give me back all the money I should've gotten. It felt way less than fair. It's not like this is the only story out there. I hear people with other travel insurance companies get their claims handled super fast and get everything back. Travelex? Slow, quiet, and then kinda cheap about it all. Look, Travelex says they're there for you on your travels, that doesn't feel true if it takes forever to get your money back, especially when you need it most. They gotta fix this whole claims thing.
