Missing Amazon Order & Invoice! Philips Espresso Machine
On February 7, 2024, I bought a Philips EP5443/70 Fully Automatic Espresso Machine with LatteGo Milk System and Aquaclean Filter from Amazon for ₺19,750. However, I can't find the product in my Amazon orders page or mobile app, and I can't see the invoice. Customer assistance was unable to remedy the issue either. The approved service states it cannot process without an invoice. I feel helpless. I demand a solution from the authorities.
The issue has finally been resolved by someone from technical support.
