Amazon Hasn't Sent My Invoice for the Philips Dst5020/30 Steam Iron After My Requests
My order number for the Philips Dst5020/30 Steam Iron was 404-3953941 - 4048306. It was made on September 11, 2024. Even though I've called Amazon's customer service three times, they keep giving me different reasons why they haven't sent me my payment. This has caused me a lot of trouble because I need the invoice for the guarantee and to show that I bought something. I don't get why this easy request has been turned down so many times. I picked Amazon because I thought it would be easy to shop there, but this has made me feel like they don't care about me as a customer. In order to fix this problem, please send me my payment as soon as possible.
