Amazon Keeps Canceling My Coffee Machine Order Despite Full Verification

Since 11:30 on 29.12.2024, I’ve been trying to order a coffee machine on Amazon.com.tr for my wife, but the system keeps canceling the order due to a supposed security issue. It asks for two-factor authentication, which I enable, but the OTP code never arrives. Customer service then suggested resetting my password, which I did. After trying again, I was told I needed to wait 24 hours before making any transactions. With year-end approaching, I want to place the order before the price increases, but it’s been impossible to complete the purchase. The system feels like it’s intentionally blocking orders. Spending 10 hours trying to place an order is absurd. If not for the price advantage, I would’ve ordered from another platform 40 times by now. It’s 2024, yet ordering on Amazon.com.tr feels like being stuck in 2001. So far, three orders have been canceled. The card, address, phone, and email are all mine, fully verified. Thinking it might just be my account, we tried using my wife’s account, only to face the same issues. The system cancels orders and disrupts the entire process. Customer service is no help—they can’t even access their systems because OTP messages don’t work. Ridiculous! :) I’d attach screenshots, but I can’t log in to my account to get them. If I manage to log in, I’ll update this post with proof.
