Express Delivery Service Of Amazon Prime Doesn't Deliver On Paid Date!


I'm a paid Amazon Prime member who chose express delivery. I ordered something yesterday, and it said it would be delivered today. However, "Kolay Gelsin," the delivery company, has moved my delivery to Monday. This is their second time doing it! Previously, Kolay Gelsin delayed the delivery date for my express order on another order, and I refused to accept the product. If they don't deliver today, and I'm paying extra for it (! ), I'll refuse delivery once more and request a refund. I will also notify Amazon of this complaint. The courier company's arrangements require immediate improvement! I rely on Amazon Prime's fast delivery service, and it's inconvenient and dissatisfying when a courier company repeatedly changes the promised delivery date, causing inconvenience and dissatisfaction.
