Makromusic Account Banned Without Warning or Explanation

My Makromusic account was unfairly and completely blocked and restricted as of approximately 10:00 PM on August 31, 2026. I suddenly became unable to access my account without receiving any warning, informational email, or in-app notification beforehand.

My profile only contained a bio stating my age, sexual orientation, and personality type (MBTI), along with a mix of anime and K-pop idol profile pictures. I did not get into arguments with any users, insult anyone, use profanity, or share any sexually explicit content. Despite this, I saw a message stating that my account had been banned for “violating community guidelines,” but no explanation, details, or specific rule or section that I allegedly violated was provided.

I believe that I did not engage in any behavior that violated the rules and that my account was unfairly and arbitrarily disabled. I request that my account be reviewed, that I be clearly informed of the specific reason for the ban, and that my account be immediately restored if no violation is found.
