Difficulties Receiving a Refund from Amazon

On October 31st, I placed an order for headphones to be delivered by Amazon. I received them on November 27th, and on that same day, I sent them back to Amazon because they were defective. Despite the fact that two months have passed, I have not yet been issued a refund. I have attempted to contact customer service numerous times via e-mail, WhatsApp, and the phone, but to no avail. The process, which is known as A to Z, was started; however, the seller did not refund my money within the allotted time frame of 72 hours. One week later, the seller assured me that I would receive a refund within the next 48 hours; however, that was more than two months ago, and I am still waiting.

Amazon is intentionally delaying refunds. I have been waiting for a refund for 3 months, and in the last conversation, they said they would make me wait another 3 months. Their goal is to get free cash inflow for themselves. Refunds are definitely not being processed. They force you to take legal action, which means another six months. All consumers should be aware. This is not a specific situation I am experiencing; it is a general issue.
