Cancel Amazon Prime Subscription

I have an Amazon Prime subscription on my Amazon UAE account that keeps charging me 16 AED every month, and I want this to stop immediately. The most recent charge was taken from my account on 14 May 2026. I do not want these monthly deductions to continue and I do not wish to keep this subscription active. Until now I have not tried to cancel the subscription through my account or by contacting customer service, but I am now requesting that my Amazon Prime subscription be fully cancelled so that no further amounts are taken from my bank account. In addition to stopping future charges, I also request a refund of the previous monthly Amazon Prime fees that were charged without my clear and active consent or that I did not intend to use, including the most recent 16 AED charge on 14 May 2026. I kindly ask you to review my account, cancel Amazon Prime, and return the unjustified charges to me.
