Amazon Keeps Charging Me $7.41 Monthly After Cancellation

117

I cancelled my Amazon Prime membership on 16 December 2025, but Amazon has continued to take money from my debit card without my consent. Starting from January 2026, I have been charged $7.41 in January, February, March, and April, even though I had already cancelled the service and expected the membership to be fully stopped. The charges are being taken from my debit card issued by People's Bank in West Virginia. I am unable to reach Amazon customer service to resolve this problem, so I have had no explanation as to why my account was apparently reactivated or why these payments are still being collected. I request that my Amazon Prime membership be cancelled immediately and that all charges taken from my debit card since January 2026, in the amount of $7.41 per month, be fully refunded to me.
