Cancellation Problem On My Amazon

I am an Amazon customer and I have been trying to cancel my Amazon Prime membership today, but I am unable to do so. Despite my attempts, I cannot complete the cancellation process and the service continues as if it is still active. Recently, I have noticed that I am being charged for Amazon Prime almost every week, which is far more than I expected and has become too expensive for me. I cannot reach Amazon customer service about this situation, so I have no clear explanation for why these repeated charges are occurring or why I cannot cancel from my side. I request that my Amazon Prime membership be cancelled immediately and that no further charges be taken from my account. I also kindly ask that you review these frequent recent charges and take the necessary action regarding any incorrect or excessive billing.
