Amazon Prime Fee Charged After Cancellation
Despite the fact that I terminated my Amazon Prime membership, the company has continued to take payments out of my account. I can't get in touch with anyone who can help me solve this issue, so I want my money back. Why do they continue to charge me every month if it appears that my Prime membership has been canceled? Even if I deactivate my account, the same problem will still exist. I want my membership to be definitively canceled, and I want a refund for any and all fees that have been unfairly withheld up to this point. I am grateful.
