Amazon Sent Damaged Adidas Shoes, Heels Were Glued Back On

I bought Adidas shoes from Amazon for Mother's Day. The shipment has already arrived later than the delivery date. When I opened the box it smelled like glue. The left heel part of the left shoe is glued on. When I called customer service, they told me we can exchange, but as of now, there are 3 days left until mother's day. If I order again, it is unknown if it will be delivered, but the problematic product may come again. They offered a 15% discount. That's an amount like 100-150 TL. I did not accept the discount because my concern is not the money, but the fact that I receive a decent product. A technological tool I bought about a month ago was broken and I returned it. In short, my problem is not the cancellation of the product exchange. Amazon gives me the same thing as the 2nd Ye. I don't know what kind of mind it was to withdraw the membership fee to 40 TL under the name of cargo expenses, customer satisfaction, investments and go backwards from its competitors in the Turkish market. Your customer representatives are very polite, but the products you send directly from your sellers and your warehouse have started to deteriorate. The shoes I bought cost 750 TL anyway. The money is not important. But, as you read this, think about how your company, which I can't finish praising my circle, made me write here. While sending the product, check whether it is broken or glued. I will also cancel my membership.
