Amazon's Unreliable Delivery, No Discounts, and Premium Services
I have been facing several issues with the Amazon app, and it has left me feeling both frustrated and disappointed. Firstly, the app fails to apply discounts and doesn't offer the promised premium services. I have been trying to purchase food for stray cats, but the prices keep changing in my basket, preventing me from utilizing the discount. Furthermore, a previous order for cat food never arrived, and I was left waiting for two weeks. To add to the frustration, the product price increased without any explanation. Similar problems arise with international orders, as products go missing, and Amazon refuses returns, treating me as if I'm at fault. These recurring issues are causing me to lose faith in Amazon's services. As a customer, I feel like both a victim and deeply regretful about my experience.
