On July 4, 2026 at around 1:39 p.m., I placed an order through the Popeyes app from the Boulevard location in Atlanta, 30***. I ordered a 3 tenders combo with 2 sides, a large sweet tea, an extra biscuit, and another large sweet tea. When the order arrived, the entire meal was cold, the biscuits were hard, and both teas were only half full and not sweet at all, tasting like brown water. I paid approximately $24 for food and drinks that I could not eat or drink, and my stomach was still left empty. I am disabled and cannot drive, so going to the store to try to resolve this or request a refund is not an option for me. Since the moment I received this order, I have been emailing Popeyes customer service through the app repeatedly and have not received any response or help. There is no live chat option or telephone agent line, which makes the situation even more frustrating, especially given the size and reputation of the brand. Because the order was inedible and undrinkable and I have been ignored despite constant attempts to reach support, I am requesting a full refund to my original payment method for this order. I expect Popeyes and the Boulevard Atlanta branch to take this issue seriously and to provide a prompt resolution, as this was money I needed and it was completely wasted.
