Sugo Account ID Permanently Blocked Without Warning

I am the owner of the Gmail address dudap***[email protected], which is connected to my Sugo account with ID 182858***. On July 6, 2026, I suddenly received a notification inside the sugo application while I was playing, stating that my account had been permanently blocked. Before this notification, there was no unusual activity or actions on my part that I felt violated the rules, and I did not receive any clear prior warning. This is my first time submitting a report about this issue and I have not yet contacted Google or the sugo support team through other channels. I feel disadvantaged because I can no longer access my sugo account even though I have always used it in a normal and fair manner. Through this complaint, I kindly request that my Sugo account be reviewed and the permanent block be lifted so that I can regain access to my account. I also ask for a clear explanation of the reason for the blocking so that I can avoid similar problems in the future.
