Amazon Delayed Refund and Failure to Return iPhone 12 Mini
Ordered iPhone 12 from Amazon some time ago, however, I discovered that the phone's battery life was far lower than I had anticipated. Therefore, I opted to get my money back and send the thing back. The warehouse staff's carelessness resulted in a holdup in processing the refund because they lost the phone's USB cable.They haven't given me back my phone yet, despite my repeated requests. they can't understand the problem of the phone because it doesn't have a cable and I, as a customer, don't know what to do because of their carelessness. they should either refund my money or send me the phone so that I can seek my rights in another way.
