The invoice for the mobile phone I purchased from Amazon lacks the IMEI number. After contacting them, they initially promised a resolution in 72 hours, but when I followed up, they couldn't provide a timeframe, stating efforts were underway to fix the issue. Unfortunately, the IMEI number was not added to my invoice. This seems to be a widespread problem, as per the representative, affecting thousands. Authorities should either encourage flexibility in billing matters or impose serious penalties on businesses issuing invoices without IMEI numbers. It's frustrating that it's always us that's losing....
