Hacked Facebook Account Recovery: Restore My Profile and Email

For about one to one and a half years my personal Facebook profile has been hacked and I have not been able to resolve the issue. Someone logged into my account, most likely after I signed in from another person’s phone when I did not have my own phone, and changed all of my account information such as the contact details, email addresses and profile picture. I have lost control of the profile. Since the hacker changed my contact information and email, I cannot log in, reset my password or use the usual recovery methods. I also tried using the “hacked account” style options like many other users, but nothing has changed and I still cannot regain access to my account. My clear request from Facebook is to help me fully recover my hacked personal profile and return it to my control. I want the wrong contact details and emails that the hacker added to be removed, my own information to be restored, and my account to be made secure again so that this does not happen in the future.
