Garena Free Fire Restricted My Account for Alleged Decoder Use Despite Fair Play

My Free Fire account has been wrongly restricted for allegedly “using a decoder”. I have never used any hack, panel, headshot application or any other illegal tool while playing the game. I always played fairly for years and invested my time and effort into this account. One day my account was suddenly restricted and I can no longer log in to the game. This situation is very upsetting for me because I believe this decision is a mistake and does not reflect my real in‑game behavior. I kindly request that my account be checked in detail, my login be reviewed and the restriction on my Free Fire account be completely removed if no illegal application or hack is found.
