I am a customer of Amazon Turkey, and AGT Courier has been giving me trouble when delivering expensive items like phones and tablets. I recently bought a tablet that was supposed to arrive in one day, but it has been five days and it still hasn't come. AGT Courier is always the shipping company, and their service doesn't live up to Amazon's reputation. I had bought an iPhone before, but it never came. I had to buy it from another site, which cost me 2000 TL. Even though I called Amazon Turkey's customer service several times, they never refunded my fee or did anything to fix the problem. If Amazon Turkey keeps doing things this way, it will fall far behind its competitors. To avoid customer complaints, they should improve their delivery service and choose a more reliable carrier company.
