I am experiencing a serious financial loss during an ETH transfer via Trust Wallet. Approximately $106,000 worth of ETH was transferred to my Trust Wallet account from a foreign cryptocurrency exchange. After that, I initiated a transaction to transfer this amount to my BTC Türk account. However, during this process, I was asked to provide an additional 1.63 ETH, and the transaction was effectively blocked. As of today, the transfer has not been completed and my funds are currently unaccounted for.
I am unable to reach Trust Wallet through any channel. There is no representative I can contact, and I have received no written explanation regarding what happened to my funds. Given the size of this amount, I am extremely concerned and distressed.
I request that Trust Wallet immediately and fully transfer my crypto assets worth approximately $106,000, which were received from a foreign exchange, to my BTC Türk account without any further issues.
