Amazon Gets Payment Forever For 0 Inv. And Doesn't Close Our Account
Our Amazon Turkey account was suspended about three years ago. Despite this, many stores that haven't been suspended continue to sell the product for which Amazon suspended us. Even though we've provided all the proof they requested, we haven't been able to get it reopened. We also had a store in the USA, and they said it wasn't related to our Amazon Turkey account. So, for two years, we continued to sell on Amazon USA. However, after two years, our US account was suspended because of our Turkey account. Of course, we couldn't manage to reopen our store. For months, we've been paying storage fees, removal fees, and other costs, losing a huge amount of money. Fortunately, we had no inventory seen in Amazon, so we wouldn't be charged additionally, and we tried to close our account. But guess what? Because our account is suspended, we can't close it. After six months of having zero inventory in the store, suddenly 18 mysterious products of ours appeared in our account, and we were charged for them as well. We've tried reaching out numerous times to close our account, but we haven't received any answers from anybody. We also received messages from Amazon stating that if we couldn't remove any products from their store, we would continue to pay even more storage fees. They're threatening us without communicating with us and closing our store. Now we're unable to do anything but wait for Amazon to bill us for inventory we didn't know we had. I don't know of any country in the world where this kind of service provision is acceptable. In which legal country is it not against the law? PLEASE CLOSE OUR ACCOUNT!!!
