It was with great anticipation that I placed an order for an SSD from AMAZON on November 3rd, unfortunately, on November 8, my excitement turned to disappointment when the order was canceled because of problems with customs clearance. Now it's November 23rd, and I'm still waiting for the product I ordered. I haven't received my money back yet. The price increase makes things even worse; the SSD I bought for 2400 is now priced at 3500. Even if they give you a refund, it will be hard to find something else that fits the higher price. This is disappointing, especially since AMAZON said they would cover the price difference. Not only is a resolution expected, it is necessary to restore trust in this deal.
