Firehawk Made Five Unauthorized Charges to My Card

Firehawk has charged my card five times without my authorization, with approximately $3 being deducted each time. I never authorized these charges, and I want my money back immediately.

Please refund all of these unauthorized charges as soon as possible. If my money is not returned, I will file a formal complaint and take further action. I do not understand how you can charge my card without my permission. I am demanding an immediate refund of all unauthorized charges.
