Firehawk Charges My Card Every Week Without Authorization
Firehawk has been charging my card every week even though I have not made any purchases. I was charged 154.99 TL twice, for a total of approximately $6. What is this charge for? I never authorized these payments.
I am requesting a full refund of the money that was charged and want these payments to stop immediately. If my money is not refunded and the charges continue, I will take further action and pursue legal remedies.
