Amazon Same-Day Delivery Problem

I put in an order on Amazon TR on July 4. Since my modem was broken and I thought I could get it quickly from Amazon, I chose same-day delivery. It turned out to be the worst thing I've ever done. Even though it's been three days, the item still hasn't been sent. All I get are vague apologies that don't lead to anything. To my surprise, I found a lot of complaints from other customers about this company. I can't believe that Amazon, which is such a well-known brand, works with such shady companies. They are making a bad name for themselves. I won't order anything else from Amazon. I'm ending my membership to Amazon Prime. It's not worth wasting my money. The customer service reps tell me they will do something, but if they were serious, they would have taken care of the other complaints and fixed the problem. My electronic device has been in a car for the past two days, and who knows what condition it's in now. I hope nothing is broken. Customers should call the store before placing an order, and they should stay away from AGT Courier.
