I put in an order on Amazon TR on July 4. Since my modem was broken and I thought I could get it quickly from Amazon, I chose same-day delivery. It turned out to be the worst thing I've ever done. Even though it's been three days, the item still hasn't been sent. All I get are vague apologies that don't lead to anything.
