I Face Stanley Warranty Denial After Buying My Thermos From Migros

Approximately two years ago, I purchased a Stanley thermos from a Migros store in Ayvalık. I used the product regularly and recently noticed that rust had developed inside the thermos. In addition, the lid became loose and the thermos now leaks, making it unreliable for everyday use.
On the day I purchased the product, I visited Stanley’s official website and registered the thermos under the company’s advertised lifetime warranty program using my purchase receipt. Because of this, I believed that any manufacturing defects or quality-related issues would be covered in the future.
After discovering these problems, I contacted Stanley and requested warranty support. However, I was informed that my claim could not be processed because Migros was allegedly not considered an authorized seller. This response was extremely disappointing. I purchased the product from Migros, a large and well-established retail chain, and had every reason to believe that the product was genuine and eligible for warranty coverage. Furthermore, Stanley accepted my warranty registration when I submitted it through their official system.
I cannot accept that a Stanley thermos would develop internal rust, a loose lid, and leakage after only two years of normal use, nor can I accept being denied warranty support after properly registering the product under the lifetime warranty program.
Due to these issues, I request that my defective Stanley thermos be replaced free of charge with the same model under the lifetime warranty that was advertised and registered at the time of purchase.
