Amazon's Broken Promises and False Customer Satisfaction

I ordered a product for my child from Amazon, the so-called customer-centric company. It has been three days, and the item has still not been delivered. To make matters worse, every time I call, they deceitfully claim that it will be delivered tomorrow. Seriously, Amazon? Is this your idea of customer satisfaction? They have the audacity to work with AGT, the most unreliable courier company in the world, and then act as if it's our fault for placing the order. Where is your commitment to customer satisfaction? I tell them that if this company won't deliver, just send it through any means, even with a simple "Kolay Gelsin." I made a promise to my child, you know! But they continue to keep me waiting with irrelevant excuses! Amazon has become a source of regret, not satisfaction.
