I bought 15 kg of dry food for my cat on December 29 from Amazon.com. It was stated that there would be delivery within 2 days in Istanbul. At the end of the 3rd day, the company that sent the product called and stated that the order was lost in the cargo. When I contacted the carrier company, they stated that no shipment was made to my name. Although I canceled the order, my money has not been credited to my account after 2 weeks. I was surprised that Amazon customer service was not helpful with this. The malicious trade understanding of the seller company is overtly tolerated.
