Tango Account Verification Rejected

I have been trying to verify my Tango account on my Android phone for the last 3 days using my national ID card, but the system keeps rejecting my verification with the message that the information does not match. I am entering my details correctly and using a valid national ID, yet the verification cannot be completed. In addition to this, I am unable to get any support from Tango. There is no effective response via email or chat, and I cannot reach customer service to understand what exactly is not matching or how I can correct it. I request that my account and ID be manually reviewed, that I am clearly informed about what the supposed mismatch is, and that my account verification is completed as soon as possible so that I can use Tango without any restrictions.
