Amazon Refuses to Accept Return for Royal Canin Cat Food

I recently purchased Royal Canin cat food from Amazon Turkey, but the seller failed to mention that it was designed specifically for neutered cats, and I unknowingly purchased it. Now I want to return the product, but Amazon will not accept it. Their return policy states unequivocally that returns are permitted within 14 days of purchase. I had no idea Amazon would act with such malice, and I demand that this problem be resolved. I am extremely disappointed with Amazon's actions and refusal to admit their error. As a customer, I expect openness and fairness. I respectfully request that Amazon Turkey follow their return policy and make the return process for the product in question as simple as possible.
