On 23rd December at around 11:02 p.m., I accidentally made a $15 payment on Coomeet using my MPESA Global Pay card. I pressed the wrong button by mistake, and the amount was charged to my card, but I have not used a single minute of the time or service purchased with this payment. I contacted Coomeet customer support regarding this accidental transaction and requested help, but so far, I have not received any response. I am using Coomeet and MPESA Global Pay from Kenya, and I have the full transaction details available and can share them if needed to verify the payment. Since this payment was made by mistake and the service purchased has not been used at all, I kindly request a full refund of the $15 to the original payment method (my MPESA Global Pay card) as soon as possible.
