Amazon Did Not Deliver My Enjoy 15 Kg Cat Food Order and No Refund

In my Amazon order 407-8494897-2177164 for Enjoy 15 kg cat food, the courier company was supposed to deliver the product on Saturday but did not, and no notification was provided. When I called the courier company on Saturday, the representative told me that if I didn’t want it, I could return the product, but I refused. Later, customer service informed me that delivery would take place on Monday. However, on Monday my order was canceled and refunded on the grounds that the product was damaged, yet I never received any notification from Amazon about this, nor did the courier company provide any information. No refund has been issued to me. I could have purchased the product at a lower price from another seller for delivery on Monday, but I chose to order from Amazon at a higher price because it was promised for Saturday delivery. In this process, I was left at a loss both financially and in terms of time. I request that the necessary steps be taken to resolve my grievance and to prevent such problems from happening again.
