Amazon Refused to Replace My Faulty Razer Mouse Despite Its 2-Year Warranty

For the mouse I bought from Amazon.com.tr (via Amazon Us) on 27.04.2023, the right and left clicks stopped working. The product I bought has a 2-year Razer Warranty and I contacted Amazon to get the product under warranty. When I talked to Amazon, they told me that I should contact Providyo and that they would take the necessary action if the product was not repaired under warranty. When I contacted Providyo, they said to me: "Your device does not appear to be under Bilkom warranty. Unfortunately, we cannot help." Then, when I asked Providyo if they could repair it for a fee, they told me that they only provide support for those under warranty. However, the product is a product that I bought from Amazon with a 2-year warranty and that I enjoy using. When Providyo gave me a negative response, I contacted Amazon. I wanted the product to be replaced or repaired. However, they definitely told me that the product would not be replaced and that it would only be returned. They said that they would refund the price I paid for the product on 27.04.2023. I can't buy this product at this price right now. In my second conversation with Amazon, the product is currently ₺3500-4500 on different platforms. When they told me that the amount to be refunded was the amount I bought the product in 2023, and when I asked them to send me a different product in the same category, they said that there would be no such thing, that it would only be a refund. Even though the product has a 2-year warranty and is under Razer warranty, experiencing such victimization, especially from companies like Amazon and Razer, really bothers me. I just want to tell you this, I ask you to think twice when buying electronic devices from abroad over the internet.
