My husband and I ordered a bread machine from Amazon twice, and both times we received used, broken, or old products. We returned both machines, but they have yet to refund our money after two weeks. We've attempted to contact them, but they haven't responded. This is so upsetting! How can a company like Amazon treat its customers in this manner? They are not only defrauding us of our money but also causing us a great deal of trouble and inconvenience. To be honest, I doubt I'll ever shop on Amazon again. They clearly do not care about their customers' satisfaction, which is simply unacceptable. I mean, they're one of the world's largest online retailers, and they can't even provide decent customer service? It's absolutely absurd! I'm at a loss for words and don't know what to do. We simply want our money back as soon as possible, or we will have to go to a higher authority.
